Library Schedule
The library is open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:50 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Fridays.
This year the library will be closed during the following times:
5th period Monday - Miss Netz's lunch time
6th period Tuesday - Friday - Miss Netz's lunch time
Homeroom - Miss Netz has a 7th grade homeroom and will be busy with their activities
Whenever the Red Triangle is placed on the back of the circulation computer for short periods of time

Check-out Procedures
You may have 3 materials checked out at one time with some exceptions for research projects. One magazine can be checked out at one time. No materials can be checked out if you have something that is overdue.
Check out materials at the Circulation desk. Each student will be given a library computer number, that you will need to use to check out.
Return materials by placing them in the book return next to the circulation desk.
Books and Magazines can be checked out for 2 weeks and books may be renewed.

Use of the Library
- You will come to the library once a week with your Language Arts class for Information literacy skills and to check out.
- You may also come to the library with a content class to do research.
- You may come to the library from study hall to check out, use library materials or do research. You will need a pass from the study hall teacher and sign in on the clipboard when you get to the library.
Library Behavior
- When you are in the library, please remember that other students may be there to read, study or take a test. The library is not to be used for visiting or to catch up on what your friends are doing.
- If you are not using appropriate behavior while in the library you will be asked to leave.
- It is your responsibility to bring all materials that you will need to the library with you. This includes, books, paper, assignments, pencils and pens.
Library Services
You can return your Public Library Books to the box by window. A Public Library staff member will pick up these books about once a week. They will remove the fines for materials checked out by students if they are returned to this box.
The Public Library Staff asks that you return DVDs directly to the Public Library. They do not take fines off these materials.
